XL Print has been developing software for the electronic document industry since 1986. During that time XL Print's customer base has grown and there are now thousands of installations in over 50 countries. Everyday XL Print's software is responsible for the production of millions of pages of electronic documents. These documents are printed, emailed, faxed or stored in document archive systems.
Although XL Print already had a dated web presence, Prime Web Solutions was commissioned to re-design and produce an easy to use content management system that would allow customers to purchase and download several key software packages XL Print had on offer. This followed the successful development of an offline product showcase presentation developed in Macromedia (now Adobe) Flash technology in the previous year.
The new website which was completely re-designed and re-developed using the PCMS (Prime Content Management System) solution to allow for the complete management of everything on the website including ecommerce sales, automated software downloads, customer support forums, the facility to conform with the new Governmental e-procurement regulations and the management of online client specific software patches and updates.
Since the launch of the XL Print Europe website the ‘look and feel’ of the website created by Prime Web Solutions has been deployed to many of the other worldwide regional websites owned by XL Print.

Prime Web Solutions was approached in 2005 to design and develop an offline product showcase presentation which would demonstrate the many features of their Paris product range.
The presentation was created with both online streaming and offline delivery in-mind, allowing XL Print to offer the presentation on both via an auto-launch CD and via their various worldwide website(s).
Previously the XL Print product showcase was either developed in Microsoft PowerPoint or as hard-copy material, both of which where dated and unprofessional. By utilising the latest technologies Prime Web Solutions was able to produce a highly interactive, professional and memorable user experience.
