Although the majority of our clients find that their desired CMS requirements are included as a part of the standard entry level PCMS rollout there are always exceptions to the rule. To allow for these exceptions, Prime Web Solutions offers bespoke CMS module development, enabling any custom functionality that may be required to be included; allowing for fast, effective content administration for any size of business.

Although any kind of specific functionality can be built, we have listed some examples of recently requested modules below:

	Access restricted sections allow you to build content restricted areas of your site, permitting only users with the correct username/password combination access to these pages. Password protected areas are useful for displaying customer details, private content, sales info etc.
	Full backoffice integration with SAGE®,  Defacto® and Pegasus® accounting applications.
	Fully integrated telephone booking system. If you plan on taking orders both online and via telephone Prime Web Solutions can supply a fully integrated browser based telephone booking system to allow for the capture and recording of telephone orders for all products/events that appear on your website. All telephone orders will be synchronised with the same online database that holds your website orders – making for a single central location to deal with order fulfilment, accounts recording and stock control.
	Stock level module to allow for the integration of online and offline inventory. Bi-directional support ensures maxim continuity between online and offline systems.
	User comments & reviews. For any specified item (ie. products, news articles etc.) that is posted on the website the end-user (customer) will have the facility to post their comments/feedback by completing a simple form below the content item (ie. name, email address and comments). User comments/reviews will be saved to the online database where they will await administrator authorisation (or editing) prior to appearing on the website. The comments sections of the website will encourage user to interact with the site, promote the site as a useful, impartial source of information and encourage sales.
	Soft product module to allow for the purchase and download of software and serial number data.
	User polls. Providing Administrators with the facility to create and deploy user polls (votes) throughout the website. Users will simply click on the desired answer for each question to see the live results -presented on screen as an animated bar chart. Each poll will consist of a question and several possible answers which will populated via the admin section. Administrators will also have the facility to view the results of any poll (live or historical) via the secure admin section provided.
	Events calendar module is very useful if you have a complement of upcoming events you wish to promote. Event details are presented in a calendar style layout with each event offering more info when clicked on. All events details, event categories and the related information will be fully updatable by an administrator via the secure admin section provided.
